1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item.
✅ Unopened Products: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pillnboost.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product details & issue description
    • Supporting photos (if damaged/defective)
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
  3. Ship the item back (if required) using a trackable method to our returns address.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Replacements
